Larry Barker

Larry has been working in and leading customer experience teams for the last decade. He currently leads support operations at Articulate. He also runs Supported Content, focusing on managing client relationships and editing the team’s work.

He’s based outside of Chicago with his wife and three young kids. In his spare time, he’s often busy reading fantasy books, playing DnD, and dabbling in entrepreneurial projects.

Nouran Smogluk

Nouran is a passionate people manager who believes that work can be a place where people grow, develop, and thrive. She leads Customer Support and Customer Success at Komoot.
